  2. Things that make the website work smoothly: This is anonymous information like your browsing habits on our site, which helps us make things easier to use for everyone.

We collect personal information online, from publicly available resources such as law firm websites, published law firm financial documents, legal journals, AmLaw publications, in face-to-face meetings and telephone conversations, by email, and in writing.

Why do we collect it?

  • Make the job search process a breeze: We use your resume and cover letter to connect you with amazing opportunities in the legal field. Specifically, information to

         - build our knowledge of the legal market and the available talent resource
         - improve the services we provide to law firms and candidates
         - facilitate the lateral and Partner recruitment process

         - provide personalized career guidance and advice throughout a candidate’s career

We will only share your personal information with prospective candidates notified to you in advance; with business partners and vendors working on our behalf who comply strictly with our instructions and have in place the appropriate organizational and technical safeguards; or if we are required by law to do so.

Children? We love ours, but otherwise they’re not our focus
We work with executive attorneys and top firms. Our website isn't designed for anyone under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from young people.
